Tethys, Sun’s Reaper

Tethys is an Angel created by Solareo as a warrior. Often considered to be a Dark Angel for its appearance, sporting black feathered wings and dark markings, it’s hard to believe the creature is a creation of the God of the Sun. Tethys was created as nothing more than a weapon of war, serving as a valuable and powerful fighter for Solar in not so peaceful times. Other than fighting in wars, Tethys is also responsible for handling those who have made themselves enemies of the weapon’s god. Tethys is used to carrying out the darker desires of its master, handling such messy matters so that its siblings, Azriel and Viarrah, don’t have to. Often having violent and twisted desires himself, Tethys is a menace to most who encounter it. Azriel and Viarrah are the most common victims of its tendency to bully and assert dominance. While Solar will quickly and angrily scold Tethys for mistreating Viarrah, the same does not go for Azriel, so the softer Angel is a usual target for Tethys’ criticism and anger.
