✨If you ask me for a art commission for a character made by me I can give you a 15% discount✨

General rules:

• Money is non-refundable.

• It is totally prohibited to delete the toyhouse profile of the character

• It is totally prohibited to make a design (for monetary or personal benefit) inspired by my designs, it can be IN THE CONCEPT, but not in the design itself.

• You are not allowed to put my art/adoption in an artificial intelligence/NFT, if I find out, I will put you on the blacklist

• Do not gift, sell, or trade with people on my blacklist. This is a serious matter. If I find the character in the wrong hands, I will take it back and also add you to the blacklist

• When buying an adopt of mine, I have the complete right to recover it if you pass it on to someone on my blacklist, or break any rule mentioned here.

• Let me know who you'll give it to/resell/trade it to etc,At least let me know in which areas you will be selling it. 

• Commercial use is not allowed, except for reselling the design. In case you have paid for full commercial use, I will use this emoji "🪻" as a recommendation for it.

• If you buy commercial use,you can get any monetary benefit from the adopt, you still have to give me credits, do not pass to the people on my blacklist and do not use in IAS/NFT 

• Always give me credit for the adopt. You can find me on other platforms as appleffle

• You can only sell it at the price you bought it for. If it has additional art, you can increase the price,YOU CANNOT SELL AT AUCTION, only fixed price, it is added to the price depending on what the art cost you extras.

• If the price with the added art is false (lying about how much the commission cost you) it will be taken as price inflation, you will automatically be put on my blacklist 

• If the extra art is given by your hand YOU MUST have proof that what you say is TRUE it and you are NOT inflating prices to make more profit

• If you obtained it as a gift, trade art/adopt, you can only sell it with real money or in-game currency with three extra pieces of art,it only applies if it is purchased, it will have the same conditions as adding art, you will only be able to sell at the price at which it cost you the three commissions.

•If you want to give it away without receiving money in return, if it doesn't have extra art, ask for the same amount you obtained it or less for.

• You CANNOT change it radically, you have to keep its main idea
