About
An apparition who appears as a fish-like boy. He represents the fear of the ocean. Phi is shy and soft spoken, stuttering whenever he speaks. He can control water at will. He is secretly one of the Four Apocalyptic Kings, known as Rapture, and is the commander of hunger. As Rapture, he is a large powerful sea serpent. After The Judgment, he fled into the sea. Several years later, he was found by Cordelia, and they have been partners ever since. They are loyal to each other, almost treating each other like family.
