My designs are offered under an Exclusive Personal Use [EXPU] License. Please contact me about upgrading to an Exclusive Commercial Use [EXCU] License if wanting to use in commercialized media.
You May:
- Resell for initial purchase price without any extra artwork.
- Sell, trade, or gift an adopt no matter how you acquired it.
- Edit, change, or tweak a design to fit what you want.
- Co-own a design with someone else.
You May Not:
- Remove credit or take credit for artwork or initial design.
- Resell copies of the design to others.
- Use in commercial ways unless you have purchased a Commercial License. An Exclusive Commercial Use [EXCU] License is included if purchased for 3x base value + base value. License may be upgraded later by paying the difference between this price and original purchase price.
Other Notes:
- In all cases, I retain the right to display the artwork in portfolios and galleries as examples.
- I retain the right to re-use basic adopt line arts I make unless I have exclusively made it known that an adopt is on completely unique lines that will not be reused.
