Cielly

Cielly appears to be a normal human girl, however, she is infact a dragon bound to human form.

She is required to bath once a week in order for the spell keeping her human to remain intact.

Her dragon form is revealed by fire and hidden again with water.

Cielly is the foster daughter to a King and Queen who were unable to concieve. They desperately wanted a child and so sought the help of the witch/dragon Ciera Belle who gave them one of her eggs after making an agreement.
