Vulture

Vulture is a fugitive suspected of murder. He has been on the run for three years, and had not been connected to the murder until several months ago when he drew the attention of an Elim bounty hunter. He broke into her records to find information she had gathered on his accomplices, from whom he had been separated in their escape. He is currently trying to reunite with them, with the help of a priestess who was unwittingly dragged into aiding and abetting him.

(Most of his backstory is spoilers so I'm not gonna get into that here)

He has a lot of unresolved guilt and shame involving his past, and often feels like he doesn't deserve friendship or companionship, or that he'll be hurt if he allows himself to be vulnerable. He deals with his fear of others by being angry and abrasive, and finds people being friendly with him to be threatening. Someone expressing romantic or sexual interest in him is even worse. 

Until he was discovered by the Elim bounty hunter, he preferred not to cover his scars, which he acquired after he went on the run. Once she realized he was the same person as the murder suspect, he's had to keep them covered, which he hates. 

He likes it when people are afraid of him, and uses his scars for this purpose.

He has the ability to manipulate blood, both his own and others, which he attained by making a deal with a chaos entity. To use this ability, he has to cause physical pain-- usually his own. The amount of pain he causes is directly proportional to the strength of his ability.
