Orihiri fidgets a lot, whether that be with items in front of her, her locs, or tapping her foot. She can get restless if in the same position for a while. Orihiri also tends to people-watch, not being sociable herself, which entertains her as she travels from town to town. She often avoids sleeping and stays up for as long as she can, preferring to sleep during the day if possible in order to avoid spreading nightmares to those around her.
Communication skills
Not the most charismatic, Orihiri does have a rather direct and blunt sense of communication. She will often say things as she sees it, not particularly caring for the feelings of those she speaks to. She does prefer time alone, although with those she cares about will open up out of her shell. She has a rather odd sense of humor and can be a bit awkward at time, especially interacting with new people.
Showing affection
Orihiri is hardly affectionate, either physically or vocally. She shows her love to others mostly through actions, such as nonchalantly getting gifts or doing favors. She also spends time with those she cares for quite often, expressing her affection by simply always being there for them.

With porcelain-like skin, Orihiri has blue markings all over her body akin to the decorations seen on fine China. They have all been present since birth, and hold no special purpose. This blue coloration also extends to the bases of her horns and tip of her tail.

Story
Overview
Born from a noble Selûnite family rife with bad luck, Orihiri's parents died just when she was a little girl. Her wealth and estate usurped by her sadistic, Sharran older brother, she was instead adopted by her governess and learned all sorts of magic. Laden with cryptic dreams about her ancestors, she made a warlock pact with Dendar the Night Serpent to learn more of her family's past - unfortunately causing others around her who sleep to be cursed with unending nightmares. Because of this, she started a life of traveling, convinced her lineage's bad luck originated by a curse from the retired death god Jergal. She traced a temple of his in the small town of Bréagdale, hoping for answers, but she instead found odd events occurring in the village that needed her attention more.

Bound by their journey in Bréagdale, Orihiri and Gadyri initially met at The Twisted Grapevine inn. Although Orihiri was annoyed by Gadyri at first, and the latter had her own intentions in the town, both became unexpected players in the events that would follow Orihiri's arrival. Putting any initial differences aside, the two were able to build a formidable trust between them - one that did form into a solid friendship. Both having experienced lifelong prejudice and being quick thinkers, their similarities allowed them to end up closer than expected, although they do still butt heads from time to time.
