Fiona is a 17-year-old girl in high school, living a pretty normal life. Loving family, having fun playing for her tennis club, she has a pretty good life. Well...HAD a good life. Everything changed when she saw the mauled bodies of her parents.
Through hours of running for her life and trying to get her and her younger brother Brandon to safety, she encounters Seraphine, who informs her of the situaton. In the span of less than 24 hours, she went from living a normal high school senior life to using magic that angels use to protect her brother from certain death at the hands of Tori.
Brandon is Fiona's only family left. She has to train harder and harder every day in order to protect him from Tori and the rest of her rookies.
