shapeshifter. defaults to a vague pup (long dog like a rainicorn nextgen) type of form. literally always changing shape though, stretches like jake. their eye shape stays consistent.
likes to be a semi realistic wolf, an elemental wolf, a dragon, or bat. but they ain't picking.
when they meet new ppl, they'll shapeshift into them. can usually adopt their powers. op like that.

they're from a different universe / timeline (idk) and accidentally ended up in ooo at the same time as finn and jake. this makes them an anomoly and they sent worldwide to come babysit them. issue is, whimsy doesn't remember what universe or time theyre from, any defining features, and ww doesnt have the equipment to track it down. so they vibe in ooo.
