Innorisa's TOS - last updated May 29th 2024 ★ once my design is in ur hands, go wild, their urs (id prefer you to not mess up any chars i have on tradeback but I don't feel its my place to make decisions for a character you own) ★ feel free to redesign my ocs to a point of unrecognizability, idm, and if u do you should prolly list urself as a designer and I'm just the creator (if u have th that is) ★ I dont watermark my art (often atleast) and so I beg of you to leave it unwatermarked yourself, as its not ur place to watermark a piece from me, if u need a watermark and have th though, you can use the default one ig ***no personal watermarks on my art though please*** ★ fanart is always welcomed and I love (and I mean ***treasure***) any gore art or honestly anything depressing you make of my chars (if its lore related ill kiss you/p) but please don't draw nsfw of my personal chars, their mine and I wouldn't draw sus shiz of ur ocs so please refrain from doing it to me ★ I don't mind tracing tbh, as long as its personal use only and honestly just as a practice thing or show to a few friends ig. honestly u can post it just make sure u have my permission if ur gonna make it public anywhere and u have to credit me ★ if you ever use art of mine or show off an oc made by me, pleaseee credit my toyhouse :D!! https://toyhou.se/Innorisa<- ★ if you blacklist me i have full right to take back my designs. for the most part i dont care if you own my designs but there are a select few i would want back as it makes me terribly uncomfy for you to have them, im very sorry and ill try to be good about not having to do this. again this is only if you blacklist me and depending on the situation i will offer in return. ★ Also, if u end up on my blacklist i will ask for my designs back, with a full refund that you paid to get them (no promises on commissioned work) ★ DO NOT write/draw/make nsfw of my object ocs UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Furries are a hard maybe under the conditions that YOU are 18+ , the character is 18+ (and coded as 18+) and its hidden behind warnings and an 18+ filter and out of my face and arent on tradeback to me.
