Though Bandit is meant to be a recruiter for the Tides of the Moon group, she is... not the best at it, to put it bluntly. She starts on the spiel about the group and how the Pokemon in question would benefit from staying there and give them a better life, but a lot of times, in the middle of the pitch, she would see one of the other Mon's belongings, and immediately becoming transfixed, often stealing it and running off, to be chased down by the Mon she was trying to recruit as well as her own higher-ups. She apologizes right after she's realized what she's done, but try as she might, she has a hard time stopping her thieving ways.
When he isn't recruiting for the Tides of the Moon, he is helping those around him build up new shelters for those that need a place to stay, to help expand the group and allow for followers to have a place to stay with them and keep them safe.
