FIGHTING STYLE
The best way to win a fight, is to not get into one at all. Which is why Yamato will usually try and deescalate the situation before a fight breaks out.
When that doesn’t work, he uses Whirlwind or Sand Attack, to temporarily stave off the enemy, and give himself time to get away from them. Of course, that doesn't mean he cannot fight when push comes to shove. Due to Yamato's poor eyesight, he opts to wait for the enemy to attack him first. When they do and he is aware of where they are, he immediately grabs them and slams them to the ground with great strength, using Vital Throw.

He probably won’t contribute a huge lot to the conversation, but he will gladly hear you out. He's usually a very calm and composed guy with a lot of patience for people.

If you were to ask Yamato about his life, he’d say his life wasn’t necessarily exciting, but it was good. He didn’t come from a well off family and as such, his days were spent fishing, seining, cooking, and taking care of his sister. All rather mundane things, but he can’t say he didn’t enjoy doing them. He never really found himself making many friends though.
It was only after the passing of a relative, and seeing how it impacted the family, did he decide to venture out into the world, hoping to become somewhat independent, and to help out his dad and sister.

▶ Yamato has cataracts. Because of that, he isn't able to see very well. Fearing he will loose his job in the current guild, he tries his best to conceal it. You could say he's attempting to LARP as a sighted person.
