There are stories about a spectre who dwells within the depths of the lake, just off the border of the Tides of the Moon settlement. While there are plenty of water-based ghost Pokemon, none match the terror this Pokemon invokes in the hearts of those that cross it. Known only as the Wandering Wraith by rumor-spreaders, the truth is much simpler in regards to this monster.
Charis is a sweet, ghostly Finizen who made his home near the Tides in the lake nearby. He doesn't remember how he became a ghost or lost his tailfin, but he does remember that the Tides have always been his home. He is visited often by those that also patrol the waters, and even those who make their homes by the lakeside. He enjoys the company dearly, and the Tides are his family. It's probably why he's so gung-ho about patrolling and protecting- he's not a guard by any means, but as a patroller he's tasked with making sure no one sneaks in to cause a ruckus. Sometimes, though, he does go a little too far, and uses his Supersonic shriek to scare them away. He thinks that if it works, there's no reason to stop, but the rumors that are spreading about him have been rather funny, to say the least.
