•I must always be able to see the design i made. Preferably previous owners should always be able to see the character iswell but im not as strict on this.
•You may use the design in commercial content but you may not use my art for it.
• Do not feed my art or designs to AI, or make them into NFTs
•You don't need to credit my every time you mention the design/art although do not falsely credit the character. • you are free to contact me to resolve your block/blacklist unless said otherwise • you can put my design in species, idc •do NOT quality label my art or designs •dont delete my designs. designs must be kept on toyhou.se •more rules will be added in the future ——— Blacklist: •YUN0 - only because they have me block, they have not done anything wrong. •toto-the-eevee
Character
• Never feed my designs to Ai
• Never make nfts out of my designs
• You don't have to credit me every time you mentioned them but if creator credit of the character is prompted do not falsely credit me.
• Preferably have me to be able to see the character and possibly other owners iswell. I must be able to see the character for at least a month from leaving my account, especially if they are from a forum game. This just makes it easier on me incase any complications happen.
• Preferably keep designs i made on TH
• Free character can not be sold or traded without extra value being added on.
Art
• Never feed my art to Ai
• Never make my art into nfts
• Do not use my art commercialy unless given permission by me
• Free art does not add value to your character
