Personality Traits:

- Kaoru is a true introvert, preferring to not chat with the group a majority of the time. More than that, he especially hates physical contact with other people, and prefers using his cane to examine patients or corpses if he can.

- He is very knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy, having spent an unhealthy amount of time cutting bodies open. His abundance of arcane knowledge comes from his bottomless curiosity.

- Even though his methods are questionable at best, most of his patients have somehow survived, and even got better.

- Not a lot of people have seen his face, and his desire to be let alone with his research makes much of Kaoru’s behavior seem shifty. He often lies just to get out of talking to people as quickly as possible. Different social interactions may confuse Kaoru as a result.

- His research matters more to him than anything. Even at the expense of human life, Kaoru will go through with whatever he might need, just to gather data.

- He’s resentful of authority, only going along with things if he feels like it.
