Talvi is a friendly face in Havenner Town. Born and raised in the town, they've made a name for themself in the sport/entertainment of figure skating. When the wintery season comes aorund, the Ice-type Pokemon in the town turn the fighting arena into a skating arena, and Talvi would put on shows in there to the awe of the many spectators that would come and watch their skate shows.
Outside of skating, Talvi is a silly and kind-hearted Pokemon that enjoys volunteering every now and again. They'll go around to the other establishments, like the library, the restaurant, the fire station, even the daycare, they'll go wherever they may be needed and help out. Their motto is to always do what they can and do it well. And that's what they've lived by their whole life.
