For adopts and commission work

If you plan on interacting with me for Commission purposes, aka want me to draw something for you for money, or wish to buy something for me, please read these rules and wbe aware what i will and wont do. Thank you.

• General

  Do not steal or trace any of my work.

• Do not copy or heavily reference my designs or art. Taking inspiration is allowed.

• Do not resell the Work you have got for a higher price than the base price you have got it, unless more Material has been added for a reasonable price.

• Do not resell immediately. Wait at least 14 days.

• My work can be traded and gifted.

• Using any of my art, design or anything that was made by me for NFT, Ai training or anything AI related, or any blockchain related activities is strictly prohibited. Users will be immediately blacklisted and excluded from any and every purchase of future works.

• All art and design is personal use ONLY. Unless permission is given and the commercial charge has been paid off (75% of original price)

• Listing price is ESTIMATED and can VARY. The final price depends on difficulty and the amount of time spent on commission. Price can change during the state of progression of said commission.

• All transactions are currently ONLY accepted through paypal.

• I must be credited as the creator of the art and design.

• Do not edit, alter or change my art, unless permission for minor changes has been given.

• Design specific

  Do not delete the design you have gotten from me. Either gift/sell/trade away or Transfer the design back to me. No refunds if you decide on the latter.

• Designs can be put on hold for the maximum of 14 days.

• If design has been altered, I must be credited as the original creator.

• Designs are NOT first come first serve. Giving me an offer first does not guarantee your chance of getting the design.

• Turning my designs into closed species is strictly prohibited.

• Commission specific

  I can decline and cancel a commission at any state of progression if I see fit.

• I do not start the Commission until 50% of the initially agreed price has been paid. (Sketch and pose commission excluded. They require 100% pay upfront)

• All sales are final and non refundable, once commission has been completed.

• Stepping out during the commission does not reward a refund and the upfront paid payment is nonrefundable.
