Brief Description: 

Oceaneyes was raised alongside Flowerbite in Shadeclan under Hawkstar's rule. Despite similar upbringings and facing the same losses and hardships, Oceaneyes views his clan's set up as a fact of life, and believes his leader to be correct no matter how harsh his order may seem. While deep down he knows the treatment is wrong, Oceaneyes craves to be within the inner circle for the benefit of himself and his sister, as well as their respective future families. 

His wishes become a reality as Hawkstar's daughter, the deputy, Waspthroat takes an interest in him. She's younger but very accomplished and her sharp wit and charm win over the foolish tom quickly. He's welcomed into the inner circle and the two intend to start a family together. But it doesn't last, Flowerbite begs her brother to see reason but he chooses his new family over her, making him an enemy in the battle to come. 

During the rebellion battle, he faces off against his sister and she rips out one of his eyes. Their furious fight is brought to an end by the untimely death of Snailpaw. Oceaneyes is torn apart over the young cats' murder and switches sides, only to watch as the battle ends and his mate, Waspthroat, slips away into the shadows.
