Brief Description:  

Snailpaw has recently begun his apprenticeship in Shadeclan, unlike his older sister Wolfwillow who has been a warrior for 3 yrs at this point. He heard many terrible cautionary tales for her and their mother about Shadowlan's leader Hawkstar, and his inner circle. They warned him about what he would need to become in order to survive. His family had never been a part of the inner circle due to his father butting heads with Hawkscreech when they were younger. Due to this, their family struggled, and their mother eventually died from greencough and not being treated.

Wolfwillow did everything she could to protect Snailpaw and impress the clan leadership but to no avail. He was apprenticed to Flowerbite as further scorn for his father's past actions, as being apprenticed outside of the inner circle usually meant you would stay there forever. Despite knowing that deep down, Snailpaw had great admiration for Flowerbite. The two slowly grow closer, and after Wolfwillow is murdered by Mothsight in the middle of camp he seeks comfort and healing from his relationship with Flowerbite. Who becomes a motherly figure to him. 

He bravely follows Flowerbite into the battle and aids greatly until he is pinned down by Mothsight and killed. This brings an end to the battle and Flowerbite strikes down Mothsight in revenge. Snailpaw ascends to Starclan and is there to give Flowerstar one of her nine-lives, for love. She names him Snailface for his bravery.
