Appearance: Default Glamour appearance is short white hair, red irises, and black scleras. They always have a soft, pleasant smile on their face. Their default Glamour is only half-composed, as they have light purple skin, fangs, and elf-like ears. Their horns (a deep red violet color) are also out when they are like this. They love wearing their pastel pink jacket with whatever shade of blue shirt they have at the moment (usually also pastel or dark and dull), and dark jeans with dress shoes. Their accessories usually consist of a collar, a watch, and a few bracelets.
Personality: You know those soft-voiced people who are very friendly and kind but always seem a bit off? Not in a creepy way like that dude in Rides with Strangers, but like they're just so good it can't be true and they MUST be hiding something? That is Bel’s personality in a nutshell. They are always calm, and their words are deliberate, carefully picked to ensure the best result. Funnily enough, they bear no ill will, and will absolutely refuse to take advantage of others. They will dispose of those who do take advantage, especially physically, so be decent.
Likes: Consent with bold and a capital C, teasing(Of playful, gentle, and implying variety), playing with their food.
Dislikes:Violation of consent, forgetting to ask permission (on their part or another’s), and denial of true feelings (“It leads to such dangerous things. Best not.”).

Skills, abilities and weaponry:
Reads Minds/Desires; They mostly use this to determine what physical attributes a person is most attracted to. They hear thoughts similar to hearing conversation in a crowded room, but if a stray thought piques their interest, they’ll start snooping. Best to try and keep your mind under control and think of anything else.
Particular Glamour; They can appear differently for different people if they want to be attractive to them both.
Acrobatic; Bel is quite flexible and surprisingly strong. They will use this in combat.
Staff; Not like Bel doesn’t know how to work a rod, right? I’m so sorryDagger; Easy to use in such intimate space.
Fencing; While Bel is a good swordsman, their favorite is the rapier. It requires such reflexes and dexterity that it keeps Bel on their feet.
Touch; With a touch of their bare skin against another’s (this includes fur or scales, but not horns nor claws) Bel can incapacitate through intense pleasure. Take that as you will, but it is an extreme feeling.

Backstory:Bel is the reigning High Demon of the Second Circle of Lust. They are unclear about their past, but they do not believe themselves to be the first succubi or incubi. They are certainly the most powerful mix between the two. As a result, they rule over all succubi and incubi.  Rather often, since the Second Circle takes care of itself, they will travel to the human world to partake in pleasures there and interact with the citizens of Rapture. They especially like visiting their siblings and the other demons so they can help with relationship troubles. This is because their sin has been used as an excuse very, very often to do awful, awful things, and they feel personally responsible for it.
