Wh-What can I do-o-o for you?

The Guild had no idea what was going on with their electricity in their headquarters building. The Division Master couldn't make heads or tails of the glitching, and a part of them wondered if this had something to do with the weird glitches from before. They tasked Perun with fetching Neura, Havenner Town's electrician, with seeing to the electricity and seeing if it could fix the problem. So the Volt Charger-Zubat made her way to the electrician's building to ask it for assistance on figuring out what to do about the electricity. It agreed, and thus Neura and Perun returned to the Guild building to figure out the issue. Neura zapped into the electrical wires while Perun stood by, pacing and wondering what the hold up could be. Suddenly, there was a violent zap from one of the lines, and Perun, startled, struck the wire with her own Spark. The result was a blinding light that made the air feel like static, and when the light vanished, a Porygon-Z that looked shockingly like Perun stood in front of her. When Neura returned from being within the electrical wiring, it saw the Porygon-Z - Volt Charger and realized that it was likely the reason for the electricity issues.

Now a fully-formed Pokemon, the creature took on the name Zap, and introduced itself, its voice slightly glitching. It seemed quite friendly and new to everything, so Perun took it upon herself to train Zap and show it around. It seemed excited at the prospect of learning, and was happy to follow Perun around so she could show it the sights of the town.

After learning a bit from Perun, she offered him a spot in the Guild, but he politely turned the offer down to work with Neura. He realized that he'd caused some issues with the electricity at the Guild headquarters, and realized that if he could learn under Neura, he could do more good than harm and be able to help instead under its tutelage. This was an answer Perun didn't expect, but she was happy to hear he was ready to make decisions on his own. So, while Perun took to the Guild and her work there, Zap worked with Neura and helped with the more digital side of issues in Havenner Town.
