You may resell adopts u bought or traded for the same price I sold them to you, unless you add on art, then u can resell for the original price, plus the added arts value.
You may not resell free or raffle character for any real or virtual currencies. You may trade the character for another character design or for artwork. In other words: as long as no currency is changing hands for a design I've made for free, I'm okay with it!
