Profile

Lavi is one of the synthetic humans created by "Gold" Rhinedottir prior to the Cataclysm. He is originally introduced to be emotionless and expressionless, often unintentionally setting distances between him and the rest of the world, but is shown to harbor curiosity towards Aina and the memories plugged into his mind. Later on, it got revealed that Lavi was actually created in honor of a survivor of Sal Vindagnyr, whom Rhinedottir personally met. The original Lavi hailed from Sal Vindagnyr, and was one of the few admirers of the youngest princess, Aina. When the snow continued to descend and life after life fell, he was sent to Khaenri'ah, the new nation without gods, in order to find a way to seek revenge on their kingdom's behalf. Before departing, he visited the youngest princess' casket and took with him a flower that was on top of her casket. This flower, imbued with Aina's Gift of Immortality, allowed Lavi to survive for millennia to come. Eventually, he got to know Rhinedottir and agreed to aid her in her projects, with the Primordial Human Project being one of them. However, when the Cataclysm struck, Lavi was given the Curse of the Wilderness as he was not native to Khaenri'ah. To help him survive in a way following his request to be killed, Rhinedottir managed to transfer his consciousness and memories - aided by the Flower of Longevity - to the best prototype that was made according to his appearance. He was then told by Rhinedottir to roam the world and become the imperfect human his predecessor was, giving birth to the current Lavi.
