Stew was a ghoul found right outside of the Minisrty at a very young age by a sister of sin. The Ministry decided to take him in, even at at a time when it was overcrowded. This unfortunately was not good for Stew as he was forced to spend nights in other memebers chambers and wherever he could find a spot to sleep. Eventually he managed to get an unused storage closet and renovated it for himself.

Overtime Stew offically bacame one of the Ministry Janitors.

(this section is a wip) Stew met Fritz, a fellow ghoul who happened to be standing in a corner at a chirstmas party event. They're best buddies now :)
