Howell

Howell is a Hawaiian Monk Seal and ghost hunter known as Solar Striker(his codename) to those he helps. He graduated from UMBRA Academy and gained plenty of  skills and resources that he uses out in the field, fighting hosts. Of course in order to make it into the Academy he had to power to start with. Originally just able to heat the air around him and generate light. However a mission gone wrong allowed a certain Chimera the opportunity to help amp up his powers allowing him to replace his lost left flipper with a hardlight facsimile of it as well as increased his heat and light generating abilities. It also left him noticeable traumatized and more of a loner. Despite being in his early 20’s his rough personality makes people think he’s older than he actually is. He sometimes works with a fellow seal and UMBRA graduate named Rico who tends to drive him around more than anything.
