Valerian is an Ancient Vampire that has been present since the resurfacing of the vampires in the world of Hail of Thorns, he's the husband of the God of Chaos, Faustus. Valerian, as imposing as he seems, is a fairly friendly being and very much enjoys causing chaos with his other half.
