GENERAL:
1) Keep my credits on the design/character at all times.
2) DO NOT use my designs to promote hateful/harmful content.
a) Ex. Any content (but not limited to): pro/com-shipping, homophobia, racism, MAP, zoophilia, gross content in general, etc.
3) DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR AI, NFTS, CRYPTOCURRENCY, OR ANYTHING OF THE TYPE.
RESELL/TRADING:
1) Please do not resell my design as soon as you get it.
a) I’d appreciate it if you only buy my design if you KNOW you’ll use it well, don’t just purchase one in order to make a profit for yourself.
b) Allow for a ~3 week cooldown before reselling or trading (EXCEPTION: Gifting to a friend).
2) Do not sell my design for a value higher than what you bought it for UNLESS you have added commissioned work.
a) Take the commissioned artist(s)’ TOS into consideration as well.
3) If you have added NSFW / suggestive works to a character DO NOT SELL / TRADE THE CHARACTER TO MINORS.
4) Please only trade my designs/characters within Toyhouse. I'd love to keep updated on them!
Suggestive / NSFW Works:
1) Any NSFW or suggestive artwork should ONLY be added to characters that ARE WRITTEN AS AND ARE VISIBLY 18+ YEARS OLD.
a) Under the “visibly 18+ years old”: I will allow no excuse to characters that are “actually 1000+ years old” but still have the appearance of a child, personally it is still weird to see suggestive art of them nonetheless.
b) I acknowledge that individuals can still appear young yet be older! Just use your common sense with this.
TLDR: As long as your character is not a minor/minor-coded, suggestive works is OK.
2) DO NOT commission for NSFW works of my character if you’re a minor.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN A TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT BLACKLIST. IN EXTREME CASES, MAY RESULT IN A BLOCK.
I'll try my best to allow for one warning, though out of paranoia or caution, some of these may result without warning. Thank you for understanding.
