Gene Cardigan is a office worker notably popular among his co-workers at a supplies company, responsible for producing paper, paperclips, sticky notes, staples, and more. Being the caring older brother, he is seen as charismatic and helpful to the genera public. Simply trying to make it by for just him and his little sibling.
Truthfully, he works as a Assassin at night, keeping this job a secret from his younger sibling. Trying his absolute best to absolve away from all suspicions. Utilizing make up to hide the tired eyebags he has obtained from being alive, and resorting to caffeine and napping after work as to not at all pass out on the job. Many have brought up a concern that there is something going off, but he always manages to slip away from having to say the absolute truth.
Despite Gene possibly being seen as a cold killer, he truly wants friends and to not be alone, hoping one day, he can live a normal life without this damning job.

- Gene's distaste of bells is simply because of having been teased when he first started working in the office.
- Due to his dislike of fast food, he always insists he'll make food. It ends up being uased as leftovers through out the next day luckily. (Fast food is a last resort)
- Gene's office job gets him the money for his rent, and the other job gets him the money for everything else. He also doesn't like to admit that Yarn willingly contributes to other necessities.
- He enjoys hot showers, as he can relex within the heat.
- Gene stands at 6'0" / 182.88 cm tall, being quite a bit taller than his sibling.
- The bows and pompoms on his assassin uniform was his choice. He thought they were cute.
- Gene gets a good few confessions from his coworkers, but rejects them as not only does he not feel he is ready for a relationship, but also he is afraid of them finding out the truth.
