Arnos was once a human who participated in the Pokemon Great War. However, when he passed away due to old age, Arnos would take the form of his pet dog, Talbot. Arnos sniffed and noticed a strange sword on the ground. As soon as Arnos touched it, he transformed into a Kaloan Zacian. Arnos had permanently turned into his crowned sword form. Arnos now walks across Kalos looking to protect and maintain peace and justice.
