Esther's Links
Mister Ripley's case was... a hard one to stomach, I'll admit. Not because of any sordid details, mind you. Simply the injustice of things. It was one of the first cases where I encountered a situation where a charge was true, but it felt wrong to persecute. Still, the law is the law, and I couldn't think of a way to deal with it at the time. That was until he caught the attention of dear Nen, however! Nen put in quite the effort to find out more about Mister Ripley. In the end, I believe we reached a good middle ground. I'm still not fully satisfied with the end results, but it's now workable. He has a discerning taste for tea, too. I'm quite impressed.
Miss Esther had a severe lack of interest in my trial, and excused herself early. …possibly because I pleaded guilty to basically all charges. Disappointing the god of justice is kind of a big deal, so I’ve been gifting her very high quality and interesting teas. In return she went and personally released me from my imprisonment, and then stuck me right back in after. Guess I’m doing a good enough job so far…
