This user's ability allows them to take the water from their body and manipulate it in various ways, usually to blast foes away. While the water is generally calm, if the user is upset/not in an emotionally good place, the water becomes vitriolic and hard to control, taking on the form of a stormy ocean, and can be completely outside of the user's control, causing chaos and damage.
Pretty level headed for the most part, though struggles hard under stress and pressure. Has a pretty optimistic outlook on situations, but the moment tension rises or gets placed on them their resolve can quickly collapse, and they fall into insecurity spirals that can completely ruin their ability to make rational or good decisions, or even just be kind to themself.
