Penelope

Loud, peppy, blunt, and surprisingly smart. Penelope used to be a pretty horrid person, participating in some... questionable science experiments. She's done her best to be a better person, but the guilt for what she's done to people always lingers. She still does some rather questionable things, but does her best to stay with 'general morality', although most aren't really sure what that even means to her. She's incredibly protective of those close to her, especially her older brother.
