Goofball Lamp

Hope you like it! I thought it'd be fun if the rotom was a shiny one cause I feel like it would make for a more interesting and fitting colour scheme. Also, as you can tell, this is the first time I've ever drawn a rotom so I hope it doesn't look too scuffed!
