Design Terms of Use
1) users on my blacklist are not allowed to own my designs.
2) please contact me if you are privating a design. I don’t mind people doing so, but I keep track of them to prevent blacklisted users from owning them. If you don’t, I’m going to privately blacklist yin for my own comfort.
3) i retain the right to have ocs force transferred back to me or deleted on toyhouse if you violate my TOS severely. This means I can resell the design and art and you lose all character rights if they are transferred to me.
4) do NOT use my designs to promote hate speech, zoophilia, pedophilia, etc. this includes pornography.
5)you MUST leave the original artwork up if possible I may have the file if you have lost it
6) if you sell an oc offsite, if you don’t want them in your toyhouse transfer them to me. Deleting profiles on accident is of course okay, but please don’t delete them if they were sold offsite
7) do not resell my designs for more than you bought them for/the value you put in. You will be blocked and blacklisted for scamming
YOU MAY EDIT MY DESIGNS AND ART! If you would like designer credits to be added for redesigns, contact me! I am more than happy to credit you for your work.
