Design Terms of Use
Credit me for the design, do not claim it as your own. If uploading to toyhou.se, my username there is denimlich. Make sure to credit the base maker as well if the design is on a base.
Do not sell for more than you bought, unless more art has been added (personal or commissioned.)
Do not edit the original art.
You may make any design changes in separate art that you'd like as long as I'm still credited for the original design. You don't have to credit me every time you post art of the design, just the first time would be preferred.
I do not do refunds, please make sure you are certain you wish to purchase an adopt and that you have the funds before contacting me. I take payment through Paypal or Cash App.
Payment is due within 72 hours of claiming, if not paid for after this time, the adopt will go back up for sale.
You may not use any of my designs or art for NFTs or mint them.
You may not upload any of my designs or art to AI art websites.
Commercial use is permitted as long as I am credited for the original design.
