General Rules:
- Do not claim my art as your own.
- You can resell the designs at any price you want.
- All money payments will be done via PayPal invoices in USD.
- All of my designs are personal use only such as collecting, role play and original character development! Feel free to discuss commercial usage with me
- Alterations to the designs are allowed, alterations to my artwork is not!
- Whitewashing is NOT tolerated.
- Do not use my designs for NFTs or/and feed to A.I.
- Designs may be held for a user for 48 hours (extensions may be discussed).
- Character ownership and character files will only be transferred after full payment has been received.
Artist Rights:
- I reserve the right to post my work on public social media platforms.
- I reserve the right to ban anyone who breaks the Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to the harassment of any individuals, scamming, theft, filing refund/chargeback, failure to pay.
- Please keep the original design I made with the new design!
- Edits from me will have a fee.
- I will never revoke a design unless a chargeback happens. Once it is rightfully in your hands, it is yours!
