Design Terms of Use
1. You must keep for 2 weeks before retrading/reselling. Gifting the character to another individual can be done at any point regardless of the cooldown, however this will reset the cooldown for the new individual.
2. In the case you have received this design for free, you must have added art or content (your own counts) before trading this design. Content can include music, writing, sculpting, or other crafts that may not align with traditional or digital art.
3. NSFW may not be made of this design in its feral form. If a human or anthro form is made, it is allowed, but not in the feral form.
4. You may not turn this design into an original species. You may however, convert it into an already existing species. (I.E. creating a terralien or chimereon version).
4.(a) Any versions of this design converted into an already existing species must be linked to the original design, and may not be separated for individual resale.
5. You may not trade, sell, or gift this design to anyone blacklisted by Zaga. Failure to follow this can lead to you yourself being blacklisted from owning a design or art piece by Zaga as well.
5.(a) If you are blacklisted while owning a character or art piece by Zaga, it will not be revoked, but you may not own any more.
By owning this character, you agree to all terms and conditions in this terms of service. These terms and conditions can change at any time, however you are not liable to follow any new terms from the updated terms of service.
HOWEVER:
(a) If you purchase a new design by Zaga from Zaga or a third party the new design must follow the updated terms of service.
(b) If you trade, sell, or gift this design or any other design you own from zaga that follows an old version of the terms of service, you cannot go back to following the old terms of service agreement if you repurchase them at a later date.
Any changes to the terms of service will be made on Zaga’s profile and should you receive a design second hand, you should check there for the most current terms of service.
