Isabella Anna Colt is a woman who was previously Aurora’s foster mother. At first, she was generally alright, since she done this because she’d wanted to, but just had a short fuse. All of that changed when she’d joined the Director cult. She became fully involved in it, neglecting Aurora. This caused Aurora to act out, then Isabel to be upset and angry, and the cycle continued. The main thing is that Isabel fell in love with the cult leader, Calliope, which is one of the main reasons she focused on the cult much more than Aurora.

Eventually, Aurora ran away. Isabel probably never noticed, because sometime after that, Calliope chose her as the next sacrifice to the Director.
