The Cloudmaker

The Cloudmaker- or, as some call them, Carmen- has a pretty simple job: making clouds for the Earth. Equipped with a water-retaining backpack, which comes with mechanical wings, they take to the sky to collect water vapor, which they then bring to their workshop to spin into clouds. Though, Carmen is, well... Carmen, so they crash. A lot. It's not so bad, though, because it gives them an excuse to interact with the various life forms dwelling on the planet they provide to!

Carmen is a cheerful young kid- if you call 106 young- believing that kindness comes before anything else. Because of this mentality, however, they are incredibly naive, and a bit of a doormat. They're also a giant klutz; the only thing they can't mess up is spinning water vapor into thread and leaving it to dry into a cloud.
