Samuel is a fox who wants the world in the palms of his hands and may have the intelligence and connections to do so. He's clever and calculated, often being the king to his pawns and keeping himself far behind at the main helm. He is a firm believer in the idea that it is better to use others to raise yourself above the rest than to work for it yourself. If you have the ability to do something, exploit it. 

He is the current leader of his gang, title acquired through less than civil means and has established a sprawling network of connections in the underworld during his leadership. His goal is ultimately to acquire as much power over the industry as possible and bathe in the rich benefits.
