Hollow, needle-like appendage in mouth used to penetrate skull or body of prey. Digestive enzymes liquefy the insides so they can be consumed. Prefers liquefied brain but will sometimes eat other internal organs.
This character is not aggressive or predatory. They are opportunistic hunter. Timid and docile, and only prey on mentally/psychically exhausted creatures that are vulnerable to being overpowered.  
In dangerous situations they would rather hide or flee, but will exert more powerful psychic energies if they feel cornered. This will, however, greatly stress and exhaust them. More powerful psychic energies used in fight or flight situations have potential to cause minor to severe brain damage in both subjects.
