Blue is basically a big puppy. They're silly, friendly and upbeat, but they're not afraid to maim someone. Not at all. They occasionally pick fights.

Blue doesn't have a very wild backstory.
They're just.. a silly little guy who explores. They explore SO MUCH my man. They've found so much.. wowzers... its WILD.... theyve probably found where good ol sandy claws is hiding.. /ref
One day, Blue found a smaller dragon, a Night Fury covered in scars and missing a tail fin who wore a skull on their face.
So they decided.. That the smaller dragon was their friend now!! Cyano, the smaller dragon, had no idea why Blue stuck around despite how mean he tried to seem, but to be honest he wasn't upset about it. The two of them became friends and ALL WAS WELL.

Blue saw Cyano one day and decided they were friends.
If they weren't so spiky, Blue would carry Cyano around and make woosh noises. (like a parent carrying their kid around and making airplane noises)
