Rufus lives in the same Forest as Tony, in an old badger's burrow. There a big wooden shelf packed with books, a little table with two little wooden chairs where he writes down his journeys. The burrow is lighted through fireflies, the glasses have holes so the fireflies can fly out if they want to. Rufus doesn't support the thought of having them locked up in the glass. He wants to be a friend and not a someone who forces them to light his home. If they decide to leave for a bit of time, they let him know through giving him a sign. Then he pays Tony a visit. She is his best friend, but maybe it is more than just friendship, who knows? On one of his journeys Rufus bought a little blue scarf that he gifted to Tony when he got back. He really enjoys spending time with her. She always wears the scarf when they meet up, which makes him very happy. His accessories are objects he brought home from his adventures. At the beach he gathered some feathers and amber stones, afterwards he crafted the necklace out of it. The cloth around his headpiece flew into his face while walking through a storm. When he has trouble falling asleep he imagines where it came from, if someone misses it and why they had it. The silver clover reminds him of his mom, she bought it on one of her journeys. She unfortunately catched a deadly disease on one of her adventures, but before she died she gave Rufus the clover while saying the words: "Go out, explore the world, Rufus. Being able to see all the different faces of the nature on this planet is the most wonderful gift you could have. And if you look closely, there is always a mystery awaiting you in any corner of this world.".
