Info/About:

• Born in a beach town, found his devil fruit half buried in wet sand when he was <10.
• Dad was a commercial fisherman and would be away for weeks or months at a time. Azuru could guess when he'd return home and would wait on the beach for him. One day, he never returned home. His boat nor his body was ever found.
• Enamoured by the sea and its contents (esp sharks) from a young age, his devil fruit only encouraged him to further engage in dangerous ocean related endeavours.
• Has a shark bite scar on his right thigh, he's never said it was a shark bite and acts confused when you say it is. No one has ever seen him be injured by a marine animal and he claims he's never been harmed by one.
• Lives alone on an uninhabited island he came across, built his own beach home and expanded it over the years. Even has a moat-like entryway into one section of his home. It's connected to the ocean and allows its inhabitants to enter. 
• A lot of scars from different sources on his body, none of them are from fights.
• Has a back tattoo.
• Travels via a small raft with a sail he built himself, he uses his devil fruit ability to push the waves in the direction he wants, traveling much faster than any other ship out there. He does this to get to other islands and mainlands for resources and occasionally socialising, bringing everything back home on his raft.
• Dives for treasure and scouts for sunken ships, gathers stuff he thinks is cool/pretty. He has no job so he uses these treasures and trinkets to pay for anything he wishes to buy. He has no real connection to any riches he owns and just sees it as a way to avoid stealing from people. Plus diving for them can be fun.
• Uses language such as "Hey handsome" or "Hey girl" when catching the attention of someone. He himself is not flirting, he just finds it fun to talk this way. In fact, he often unintentionally has a flirtatious tone and seems too in his own world to really notice. (Though not oblivious to other people acting this way, he feigns ignorance so that they fluster themselves)
• Extremely out of touch from current politics, has no idea what's going on with the pirates and only vaguely remembers the state of the pirate world when he was a child. His current day knowledge is pieced together from his inconsistent trips away from his island.
• Cannot breathe underwater but due to years of free diving he has trained himself to hold his breath longer than normal. His devil fruit however did make him more resistant to water pressure, and thus he can dive farther than a normal person without assistance.
• Has ptosis in his right eye (droopy eyelid)
