QUESTIONABLESOCK'S TERMS OF SERVICE

Please make sure to read all of it before purchasing one of my designs, or buying art from me. By buying or owning art or designs by me you agree to follow my TOS.
If you see someone breaking my TOS, please let me know privately, I don't like dealing with stuff publicly ... If you're worried something you're doing breaks my TOS, feel free to reach out to me and ask about it!
Not following my TOS will lead you to being blacklisted from further owning / purchasing / commissioning me from using stuff I have made.

Do not ever remove the credit. Please avoid making a new character to remove the design credits, they are there for a important reason. If you ever need to make a new profile, for some reason. Let me know & mark me as the designer on that new profile.
Do not edit out my watermark. If you want a clean version, contact me privately and we can discuss it.
If you got the design for free/in a trade, avoid charging for it unless you have added significantly new art.
If you got the design for money, do not resell it for higher than the original worth price. Unless you have added significant new art to them to raise their worth.
If you have a trans character, do not remove their top surgery scars, or trans traits. If you want them to be removed or are thinking about it, contact me first.
If you have a disabled character, do not remove their disability, or disability traits. If for whatever reason you need to change this part of them or are thinking about it, contact me first.

You are not allowed to sell my art on merchindise, or use it for monetary gain, unless it's on a character you're selling, I do not allow my art to be re-sold at all.
Do not remove credits from my art, do not re-upload my art. If you're adding it to a character or such, credit me properly by listing me as a artist.
Do not use my art in a harmful or hateful context, this includes editing hate speech symbols onto it.

FREE designs may not be sold or traded unless commissioned art has been added.

Designs obtained via TRADES may not be resold but can be traded, unless commissioned art has been added

Designs obtained via SALES may not be sold for more than their base value + commissioned art value.
