TBN's Ownership

-YOU MAY-

- Tweak the designs. (Please credit me regardless)

- Add or remove accessories/outfits to character.

- Add things like wings, horns, ect.

- You may change the species as long as the design is recognizable, but i would still like to be credited for the design.

- You may sell them for a higher price if they have added on artwork. I do not tolerate my designs being sold higher than listed.

- You may sell/trade/give away.

- Use my designs in stories, animations, roleplay, or even shows if you make one. As long as my designs are not used for anything hateful, go for it. NSFW is also fine, it's your character.

-YOU MAY NOT-

- Ask me for a refund. All sales are final and I only give refunds when doing commissions and I feel as though I cannot complete it.

- Claim the design as your own. even with tweaks.

- Speaking of which, you may not completely change the design. It must stay recognizable.

- Resell at a higher price than listed. It must have extra artwork.

- Make a design almost identical to it. I'm aware that coincidences happen, though! If a character has similar colors and it's just a simple character in general, I totally understand.

- Do not, and I repeat do not trade away/sale my designs almost immediately after getting them. Please wait at least 2 weeks. I do not appreciate my designs being used as trade fodder. If you do this, you will be blocked and grey listed. This list is not public, rather, it's a list for me to keep and eye out and Ill be less likely to do business with you. 

- Please, DO NOT ghost me after I accept your offer on an adopt, commission, or things like that. Too many times I've messaged someone about payment only to be ghosted. You will be added to my grey list, and I may even block you. 

- Use my designs in hateful speech, artwork, animations, ect. I do not want to be dragged into unnecessary drama.
