Koga seems to exist to be a general menace to society. It's difficult to keep him under control, but with enough bribery of money, food, or other salacious activities you can employ his services-- for a limited time. As soon as something else catches his interest his loyalty is lost, and he's off to chase whatever he's decided to fixate on next. He's good muscle, a fierce fighter, and great in bed, so long as you don't mind being his plaything more than anything else. Nothing seems to sour his mood for too long, just toss him a compliment or a tasty treat and all will be forgiven.
