Male - Ageless - Boo

A goofy and airheaded little Boo who was a Parakoopa in life. He stayed in Bowser's army after he died and became a Boo, but his head remained up in the clouds, and he messed up pretty often. After getting distracted from his work one too many times, Bowser gave Kamek the go-ahead to do as he wished with the Boo.

Kamek took the opportunity happily, and experimented on him with a handful of spells.

By the time Kamek was satisfied, Bootton had become more-or-less akin to a living plushie!

He doesn't seem to mind the change very much, however, so Bowser isn't sure the punishment was very effective...
