Rita Rifinito is a current high schooler, future IT major with an interest in lost media. She lives in Ohio with her mother, and has never had any particular interest in finding out who her father is. Her mother is a gym instructor at the YMCA, and tries her best to be involved in her daughter's life, while making sure she stays at least a little active. She has an appreciation for casually cute things, and secretly wants to learn how to skateboard. She tends to show very little emotion whatsoever, and it's rare for her to talk for large bursts unless she's explaining something in detail.

Incidentally, she also has a strange knack for finding lost scraps featuring the Pizzano, some washed up B-list entertainer that dropped off the face of the Earth in the 90's, leading her to gain mild (and very anonymous) notoriety in PTV circles.

Her inheritance from her father was his hair color, his proclivity to arthritis, his autism, and a general handful of his physical features (noticeably, the nose). Her "weird eye" is coincidental, not genetic (it's from a soldering accident). Pizzano doesn't know she exists, and he doesn't remember much of anything from the incident that led to her being born. They've probably met each other at a convention or similar event once or twice, and thought the other was a bit of a weirdo.

In a meta sense, RR is an attempt to put Rita (Creampuff's kid) back into Sugary Spire in a way that doesn't involve questionable custody hot potato. I don't have a proper name for her mom yet, so feel free to toss some recommendations!
