Mostly consists of intelligent tentacles occupying a hazmat suit. Each tentacle more or less has a mind of its own, functioning similarly to a colony/hivemind. There are occasionally disagreements and chaos, particularly in moments of stress, aggravation, high emotions, etc. As a unit, he goes by Waites.
